A modest charge is made towards the cost of exercise sessions.

To become a member, please contact us for a new membership application form, you can do this by telephoning 01284 762976, or call in at one of our sessions at Bury St Edmunds or Sudbury. Additionally you can print out and complete the following Application Form.

Please note, if you become a member of ‘Upbeat’, your name and address details will be held on a computer database for sending out newsletters and our magazine and for internal reference. If you do not wish for this to happen – please indicate when sending your application form.
